Funding your account

You fund your account with USDC on Base, and campaigns can only be activated once you hold a real balance. Funding is a crypto deposit, not a card charge, which is exactly what lets the exchange operate where traditional card rails aren't available.

Your deposit address

Your wallet page shows a persistent USDC-on-Base deposit address (and a QR code for it). It's yours and it doesn't change, so you can reuse it for every top-up. Send USDC to that address and, once the network confirms the transfer, we credit your balance.

There is no "amount" to enter up front: whatever amount arrives at your address is credited. Send $50 of USDC, get $50 of balance (less nothing, deposits are not taxed by the take-rate, which only applies to what advertisers spend).

Minimum and confirmations

• Minimum deposit is $1.00. A transfer below that isn't credited.
• We wait for the transfer to reach a safe number of on-chain confirmations before crediting, so a deposit is not instant. It lands shortly after the network settles it. Your wallet page shows the deposit once it's seen and again once it's confirmed.

Send on the right network, this matters

Send only USDC, and only on the Base network, to your deposit address. Anything else is slower and costs you a fee, so it's still worth getting right the first time. If you're moving funds from an exchange, double-check that it supports withdrawing USDC on Base before you send.

If you do send on the wrong network, here's exactly what happens:

The middle row is the good news: your deposit address is yours on those networks too, so funds that land there aren't lost, they just need a hand. USDC on any of them comes back in full, minus the $12 recovery fee. Another token (USDT, DAI, ETH and so on) comes back as whatever we can realize for it, minus the same fee, so send us the transaction hash and we'll tell you what we can do. Recoveries below the fee aren't worth running.

The bottom row is the one real warning, and it's why the wallet page gives you a QR code and a copy button: an address is only recoverable if it's yours. Sent to a typo or to somebody else's address, we can't reach it.
